Full Itinerary

Day 1: Luang Prabang - Arrival (D)

Arrive at Luang Prabang airport, pick up and transfer to the hotel. Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. We visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. O/N in Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave - Kuangsi Water Fall (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit the city's oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple. We will take the board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. In the afternoon, drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths, return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and continue to Ban Phanom, a well known weaving village, observing the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath. Return to hotel. O/ N in Luang Prabang.

Day 3: Luang Prabang - Vientiane (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign, and the Central Market. We depart the flight to Vientiane. Arrive to Vientiane, we see the major temples including the oldest Wat Sisaket, a temple of thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous, sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph, sunset by Mekong Riverside and late evening. Day 4: Vientiane - Hanoi (B, L, D)

Transfer to airport depart flight to Hanoi. Arrive at Noi Bai airport, pick up and transfer to hotel. Then visit 36 districts and streets of Ha Noi by Pedi cab. O/N in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi Capital (B, L, D)

In the morning, have a breakfast at hotel. Ha Noi city tour: visit West Lake, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple. In the afternoon, visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake. In the evening, enjoy the water puppet show. O/N in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Leave Hanoi to Halong Bay of Quang Ninh province. Halong Bay has been the World Nature Heritage site, twice recognizes by UNESCO. Take a excursion on Halong Bay: visit Sung Sot Grotto, Trinh Nu Cave…O/N on the boat.

Day 7: Halong –Lao Cai (B, L, D)

In the morning cruise more Ha Long Bay and then disembark in Ha Long pier. On the way back to Ha Noi, stop to visit the But Thap Pagoda. Arrive Hanoi, have dinner, transfer to the train station for departure to Lao Cai. O/N on the train.

Day 8: Lao Cai- Sapa (B, L, D)

In the morning, arrive Lao Cai train station, transfer to Sapa of about 40km. Arrive Sa pa, check in hotel and relax. In the afternoon, you will visit village Cat Cat tourist area. Visit and discover local people H’Mong, Dzao, Ham Rong Mountain. O/N in Sapa.

Day 9: Sapa- Lao Cai – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Early morning, depart to Lao Chai – Ta Van village, trekking around Thai and H’mong village. Back to Lao Cai and transfer to the train station to return to Hanoi. O/N on train.

Day 10: Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Kenh Ga - Cuc Phuong (B, L, D)

Breakfast. leaving Hanoi to Ninh Binh province. Arrive Ninh Binh, we visit Hoa Lu - the ancient capital of Vietnam and visit the remaining two temples of Dinh King and Le King. Continue driving to Kenh Ga, have lunch at local restaurant. Enjoy a boat trip along Hoang Long River to contemplate the beauty of the natural landscape and then visit to Hot Spring, Van Trinh Cave. Continue driving to Cuc Phuong National Park. O/N in Cuc Phuong National Park.

Day 11: Cuc Phuong - Ninh Binh - Hanoi (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, we will walk to visit flora, fauna and one-thousand-year-old sequoia tree, the cave of Prehistoric man in Cuc Phuong National Park. Then visit Endangered Primates Rescue Center after lunch. Drive back to Hanoi. O/N in Hanoi.

Day 12: Hanoi - Hue (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Noi Bai Airport for the short flight to Hue; the old Hue city holds a very special position in the history of Vietnam with its old citadel, palace and mausoleums of the Kings and Lord of the Nguyen Dynasty. Transfer to hotel. Visit tomb of Tu Duc (ruled 1848 – 1883). O/N in Hue.

Day 13: Hue (B, L, D)

In the morning take a boat trip along Huong River to feel how beautiful the scenery of Hue is. On the way, visit Thien Mu Pagoda with 21 meter high octagonal tower regarded as the symbol of Hue, this is a very special architecture at that time. Then have a tour around Kim Long village; this is a town where the old mandarin of the empire lived, Visit an old house’s officer of Nguyen Dynasty and Dong Ba market. In the afternoon, take a tour to Imperial Enclose City of Hue and watch Hue Royal Music that was honored and recognized by UNESCO as a World Culture Heritage. O/N in Hue.

Day 14: Hue - Danang - Hoi An (B, L, D)

Leave Hue to Danang, this region is in the middle of central Vietnam where many temples, towers of Champa Kingdom are still be stood and seen today. It is best to see Cham Museum. Depart to Hoi An - this historic coastal riverside of Hoi An has been known to travelers since at least the middle of last millennium, when it was a major port of call for merchants from Japan, China, Dutch and even Arabia. Visit silk and sedge mat manufacturer where you can satisfy your curiosity: “how do they make them?". Hoi An tour: the central market, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, Japanese bridge, Phuc Kien temple. Have dinner. Discover Hoi An by night. O/N in Hoi An.

Day 15: Hoi An - Danang – Saigon (B, L, D)

Transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Saigon. Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport, pick up and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, Saigon city tour: Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office, Ben Thanh market. O/N in Saigon.

Day 16: Saigon - Cu Chi (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Cu Chi tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters. On the way back to Saigon, visit Binh Tay Market in the China Town and Thien Hau Temple. In the afternoon pause to the colonial buildings of Saigon like the Independent Palace, Nha Rong pier (Dragon House). O/N in Saigon.

Day 17: Saigon - Vinh Long - Can Tho (B, L, D)

Arrive Cai Be, we will embark a private boat to cruise around Cai Be Floating Market to see local people being selling, buying, and exchanging goods from their boats. Visit local garden and house to see orchard, rice crisped producing process. After lunch, take a cruise along river to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, admire marvelous natural pictures of Mekong Delta region. Continue to Vinh Long, take a walking around to explore Vinh Long Market. Then depart to Can Tho City. O/N in Can Tho.

Day 18: Can Tho - Cai Rang - Chau Doc (B, L, D)

Cruising along the small and picturesque tributaries by rowing boat, we will see the Cai Rang - Phong Dien floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong canals and you will roam through the village to visit rice husking mill and a rice noodles making shop. Then continue to Chau Doc via Long Xuyen. Visit the Sam Mountain to enjoy the breath-taking view on the Vietnam-Cambodia border with flat rice fields and nice canals, visit caved pagoda. O/N in Chau Doc.

Day 19: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B, L, D)

In the morning, departure by boat to Phnom Penh, going back one of the arms of the Mekong. Arrive Phnom Penh. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visits of the city, in particular of the National Museum, rich art of Khmer, the Silver Pagoda, inserted in the fencing of the Royal Palace, Preahkeo Morokot and Central Market. O/N in Phnom Penh.

Day 20: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, and then transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to hotel. Angkor, luminous understood them of the great reign Khmer, is one of more important testimonies that the human genius knew to create in the field of the limbs, the architecture and the urban planning. Have lunch at restaurant. Then start tour to visit famous temple Angkor Wat with enjoying sunset from top of Bakheng Hill. O/N in Siem Reap.

Day 21: Siem Reap - Angkor Complex (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, then visit the Angkor Thom: South Gate, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King and Phimean Akas temple. Have lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon, transfer to visit Angkor Ruins: Thommanom, Chao Say Tevoda, Takeo, Ta Prom, Banteay Kdey and Sras Srang until Sunset. Dinner at local restaurant with Apsaras show. O/N in Siem Reap.

Day 22: Siem Reap - Departure (B)

After breakfast, transfer to take a cruise on the lake with the visiting to floating village to explore the fish man life. Then visit Chantier Ecole- Artisan - Angkor. Free time for shopping, and then transfer to airport for departure. End of service.
