Vietnam together with other 19 nations worldwide on Sept. 3 participated in a cultural festival in Biel city, Switzerland , which was designed to enhance friendship among the nations.

Number of foreign tourists to HCMC surges
Over the past eight months, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) has greeted nearly 2.12 million foreign tourists. The figure represents a year-on-year increase of 10 percent and fulfills 60 percent of the year's target, said the city's Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
